These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the JukeboxBattle service, an interactive jukebox platform for professionals (bars, restaurants, event venues). Registration constitutes full acceptance of these ToS.
The JukeboxBattle service is published by iOz, reachable at contact@jukeboxbattle.com. The service is accessible at app.jukeboxbattle.com.
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address and a secure password. Each account corresponds to a single venue or use. The user is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
JukeboxBattle enables venues to broadcast an interactive music jukebox powered by YouTube on a TV screen (via an Amazon Fire TV stick or Google Chromecast). Venue guests can vote for their favourite tracks via a QR code, with no app required. Vote rankings update in real time on the TV screen.
Free trial: full access for 24 hours, no commitment, no credit card required.
Monthly plan: beyond the trial, access requires a monthly subscription of €29.90 charged automatically via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary date.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. JukeboxBattle reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice by email.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard under My account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. No refund will be issued, whether pro-rated, in full, or for any other reason, for an already-billed period. No notice period is required.
The client acknowledges using the service at their sole and exclusive risk. They expressly agree to:
All elements constituting the JukeboxBattle service (software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, proprietary content) are the exclusive property of iOz and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.
Third-party content broadcast via the YouTube API remains subject to the rights of its respective authors and to YouTube's terms. JukeboxBattle is in no way responsible for such content, its availability, its lawfulness, or its removal by YouTube.
Service provided as-is. JukeboxBattle is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, continuous availability, or freedom from error.
Exclusion of indirect damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iOz expressly excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of customers, lost profits, commercial or reputational harm, or data loss, even if iOz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability cap. In any event, iOz's total liability under these ToS is expressly limited to the amounts actually received by iOz under the client's subscription during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
Third parties and force majeure. iOz cannot be held liable for any interruption, degradation, or unavailability of the service resulting from: a failure by YouTube, Stripe, the hosting provider, or any other third-party provider; a disruption of the client's internet connection; a force majeure event; or an administrative, judicial, or regulatory decision.
JukeboxBattle reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Any change will be notified by email with 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the updated ToS. Otherwise, the client has the right to cancel their subscription at no cost before the new terms take effect.
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in iOz's registered location.

The service uses only strictly necessary cookies for its operation (PHP session, authentication). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, which may affect certain service features.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS connection, hashed passwords, data access restricted to authorised personnel, hosting in France.
This policy may be updated. Any significant change will be notified to you by email. The date of last update is shown at the top of this document.
